Project management

The Blue Rivers® experts have the following expertise in the project cycle management:

  • Preparation of the terms of reference for the projects (e.g. EU-ENPI project: Preparation of Terms of References for two contracts A) Environmental protection of international rive r basins and B) Environmental protection of the Black Sea project;
  • Development of the project proposals in part of methodology (e.g. for EU project “Conversion of RBRAPs into RBMPs, Turkey”);
  •  Development of the equipment procurement documents (e.g. for EU project “Sustainable integrated land use of Eurasian steppes, Moldova, Ukraine and West Russia”);
  • Project management: leading of the several technical assistance projects, financed by EU, NATO, UNDP or NATO.
